Tennessee boy transplanted to the west and loving it...A work in progress. Always learning and adapting. Nothing suprises me anymore, and I try and embrace each moment, good or bad, because most likely I can learn something from it.
Im pretty simple. I dont like excess and am in the process of weeding out the things in life that make it more complicated. Im more into sustainability than ever.
I spend alot of time mountain biking, camping, or taking my dogs to the lake. Not really into the bar scene or gay scene here in Salt lake--for now--maybe later when Im done with school 
love traveling and going out in new cities...thats always a good time.

Jay Cates is one of the great joys of my life! Most agree that he is absolutely gorgeous and southern at heart. I feel lucky to know the astounding beauty underneath those expansive blue eyes and his contagious smile. He is my best friend: like a brother-- loyal, compassionate, wise, smart and deeply spiritual. He has walked bravely beside me through some of my darkest moments and challenged me to see the joy and adventure in life.
